pirate the windows and buy the computer with better graphic card, processor and PSU, don't buy this one otherwise it will be a waste of money and you'll regret about it, believe me, I have experience unfortunatly

in so many ways: no.
build it yourself, if ur a newfag, ask someone who got a bit knowledge and build it together with him.
u'll get way better stuff if u build it on ur own with the same amount of money.

I'd really like to build it but i screwed up an i5 processor so i don't want to screw anything again so im just gonna get a pre-built machine, change the psu and get a 7770Ghz gpu for the current gpu(which isin't really bad)
What people keep bothering is i said many times i don't want to build it,i dont want the game to be on Ultra MSAA x4 1920x1080 on 80FPS!
i just want something that can play on nice frame-rates,graphics don't matter much c:

amd phenom II x4 965
4/8gb ram
hd 7770
500w psu

case and hdd from your current pc and you can play anything, most games on ultra if played at 720p or 900p.
thats exactly what i did.
farcry3 @ 1440x900 maxed out @ 45fps average (some framedrops)

Looks ok for the price I guess. But I do recommend to build one yourself, or ask someone to do it for you if you can't.

For that price I could build you something at least twice as good.

You are kidding, right? You dont need a 600w PSU for that! Unless you're running a Titan and/or SLI/Crossfire. A good 450-480w PSU (none of those cheap chinese ones) and you're good to go.

Psu
Would this do/fit in case?

or should i get another with more power?

But remember, more power is better than not enough power. If he ever does want to SLI/Crossfire in the future, he doesn't have to get another power supply. And it's not that much more expensive if he finds a good deal.

Aww yis
with the build i'll be able to run it on 1080p high/ultra
but since i only have a 1366x768 monitor i'll get better graphics/framrate , lol i'm poor

Honestly I think the 600w PSU is a good call, you might not need all of it, but it's always good to have a good 100w or more extra so you don't have to get a new PSU every time you upgrade your PC.

or what do you think of these items

Power Supply Unit

Graphics Proccessing Unit

or do i get another PSU/GPU?

getting these at walmart so i don't have to leave the store:p

The card seems ok, I'm not really sure what options Walmart has, but if they carry a Corsair power supply that would be a better choice, since the PSU keeps everything in your system running you want one from a reliable brand.

Get a radeon 7790 over the 7770. Few more quid, but its a nice jump in quality.

People complain with ibuypower that the shipping is rough and commonly the hard drive breaks during shipping, not saying that they always do that. Its your gamble
EDIT ive also been doing some computer research and i found this pretty good specs able to run arma 2 and great ram

Gotta love those "detailed" specs. A friend got himself one of these HP prebuilds, one would be surprised how many brands one did not ever hear about exist.

Anyway the problem of prebuilds is, that people tend to use absolutely unbalanced components, generally putting mid-range CPUs with crappy low-low-end GPUs.

looks really cool, but what it costs i could buy the psu and the 7770 and a 20$ steam card, too much!

I would suggest replacing the CPU + Motherboard + Graphics Card + PSU + Case...

Seriously - Why go crappy AMD 1st Generation with a crappy graphics card + PSU, when Intel has already redesigned CPU + Motherboard to work together with memory and graphics processing (1st Gen PC vs 4th Gen PC = 60-80 overall performance gain)? Go Haswell or Ivy Bridge with a really good quality graphics card and custom build for $1000+ or just stick to your crappy graphic consoles or even better a 'raspberry pi'.

Anyway, do not the good eshops in your country put your desired hardware together if you choose to? I'm from Czech republic, quite a small country, yet even here better shops do it, either for free or for a small fee and the customer does not need to bother himself over it (though I prefer to put my stuff together myself :p). It may be much better option than getting those unbalanced prebuilds and throwing half the components to the trash.
