^^^ This.
1) See this as a great opportunity to get a new HDD.
2) Either configure your computer to use the new drive or yank out the old one, temporarily.
3) Format the new drive and install your OS. Remember to install protection (e.g. Avast! and Malwarebytes)!
4) Once you're safe, re-attach the old drive to your system and scan for nasty bugs.
5) After ensuring your system is clean, transfer any desired data to your new drive.

That would depend on the settings he was using. It might no longer be an option. Then again, it could be an HDD error and BD has nothing to do with it.

Some days ago I was stupid enough to put my Bitdefender Antivirus on autopilot and it seems it deleted some important dll and registry entries so everytime I turn on my PC my ethernet does not work and it seems that it is due to a bad Ip configuration but whenever I try to see the network's properties to change them I get an unexpected error pop-up, I tried to perform a system restore but I get a BSOD. What should I do?
IF my problem gets solved I'll be posting here the link to a giveaway of a non-bundled game you have my word.
