Here is one.

1: How do you check if a person who has all the dlc for a goty/complete pack or any dlc they win? gift it to them. It will say they already own it before you even purchase it.

you can for a lot of them. Due to bugs or the dlc not being listed in your inventory. Trust me you can.

Yes you can enter. Unless you do not install the game you can enter GAs.
