how do i get more slots for more giveaways ?

You currently have 11 open giveaways. Once they are done and confirmed as received you will have even more. Have you read the FAQ:

Why is there a limit to the number of gifts I'm able to give away?
We limit the number of gifts a user can create for security purposes, and to prevent a new user from potentially posting a large number of invalid gifts to the site. When you create giveaways and your gifts are received, this number will increase. At that time you'll be able to create giveaways with a greater number of copies, and more simultaneous giveaways.

Pro tip: At the beginning, when you lack slots, let your giveaways start immediately and end rather soon.

I believe the ratio is "1 more slot for every 3 successfully closed (marked as received) giveaways". Certain mods might, upon request, give more slots for events for higher-ranked users.

Welcome to SG! Please be sure to read FAQ and Guidelines thoroughly, the answers to most of the questions you might have are there. As for number of giveaway slots, you get a new one every 3 giveaways successfully finished (marked as "received").

Something I've noticed, although I didn't start doing it until it didn't matter anyway, is that even if I set a giveaway in the future and it doesn't coincide with any other giveaways, it still takes up a slot. You won't get that slot back until that giveaway not only ends but is marked as received. If people aren't marking your games received, you won't get your slots back. I believe the rule is after one week, attempt to contact them (their email is shown in the spot where you send them your key through steamgifts, or you can contact them through Steam). If they don't respond, then you can put in a ticket to delete the giveaway, which will then open that slot for you.
