Does anyone know of any FREE open world/sandbox/free roam games that are controller enabled? (Native, not using XPadder)

That's a totally free game. Also , it's not too 'sandboxy' until you get Free Ride mods ;)

Mafia II isn't currently free, it has been "free" in the past but you can't get it free now.

I loved to game! Well, till it kinda went F2P and added payed services :/ but it is amazing :O @Sahilion, it is controller enabled, thanks ^,^

Unless they changed it, you have limited access to the game as F2P. In order to unlock more locations, weapons, and hunts you have to pay a fee.

APB comes to mind, but IIRC, you need no gain access to new areas by questing and I'm not sure about controller support.
