If you were to find out what games they are you could make giveaways I guess, but there could be problems with region restrictions.
Or you can just dump the keys in the forums but you won't get any CV for that (=you won't level up, it won't count as a giveaway / sent gift, etc). If you choose to do this I suggest mask somehow the keys so it won't be taken by bots instantly.
Or you can just give them to your friends that way you might get a "thanks" in return and you know the keys weren't taken by bots.

Hey, I have 10 random steam keys that I won from a prize in a program. It said it has random keys up to $20 dollars so far I have activated 5 but they were all between $1-$5. I want to giveaway these keys as I don't think I will ever play these games besides my favorites. The giveaway thread asks for the name of the game and I don't know what's inside the key
