P.S. It seems like your ArchiFarm will work on Mac through Wineskin, its able to run, but I haven't been able to fully use it as my account doesn't have it's first purchase yet, but thanks for that, too.

If there is any .NET implementation for your Mac, it should work properly. Mono, which I use for Linux, has Mac version too, although I didn't test it on any Mac, so I have no clue if it works.
ASF is a console application, and considering that it has 100% compatibility with Mono on Linux, it should work flawlessly. And all of that while being native, so no emulation needed (always a plus).

So, I'm trying to make a purchase on a new Steam account I just made, but it's just been saying "pending" for over 12 hours? Is this normal, or does anybody have any suggestions as to what I should do about it?
