When to enter giveaways after not receiving a gift

Hello fellow Steam Gifters,

I have a question that was not clear in the FAQ. I won a giveaway two weeks ago. As the FAQ page states, I marked the giveaway not received after 1 week and reached out privately on Steam via a friend invite. I have waited another week for a response, but have received no reply.

My question is this: How long do I need to wait after not receiving a won game to be able to safely enter other giveaways for the same game? I don't know if the "Multiple wins" rule takes into account giveaways marked not received, and I don't want to get into any trouble if I win the game from someone else and the original gifter eventually reached out with the key.

Any advise, especially from support, would be much appreciated.
