How can i make an Giveway?

Regifting is banned. The FAQ says you have to activate won games on your account.

Otherwise people could abuse the system for CV by making small group giveaways for their friends for games that didn't exist and nobody would know because they could say the games went anywhere if anyone asked.

And also because many gifters don't think it is nice if people are taking their games and they don't even want them.

Longer explanation - we a have system here where people can make giveaways to reward those who have made giveaways themselves. That's what the "levels" are that you might have seen. If you win a game and give it away again then you didn't pay anything and don't deserve your level.

It's also considered rude for you to win a game that someone has paid money for only for you to decide you don't want it. If you don't want it - don't enter. If you win something you don't want then you're denying someone who did want the game and would actually play it the chance to win.

You really need to pay attention to what these guys are saying or you will be suspended. The rules are pretty clear and it doesn't matter what you want, unless you want to be banned.
