Cipher giveaway puzzle

Good luck to all!
No contributions needed, not a bundle game.
You have until June 1st to solve this so take your time.

I can tell you that the game has a metacritic score of 93, so it's worth the time investment

Hint : once you find the basic solution it isn't that difficult

Hint 2 : the ' ; ' characters in the text are important

Hint 3 : Enjoy the clip

Hint 4 : All answers are 9 letter words

Hint 5 : First you have numbers and you need to find letters, then you have letters and you need to make numbers, then you have numbers and you need to find letters, then you have letters and you need to make numbers, you perform one more task and you've got the final answer

Hint 6 : The letters of the last answer are made of aluminium

Hint 7 : + 0/18/8/15/9/15/8/14/5 is the very last thing you do

Hint 8 : The answers to 1, 2 and 3 are all included in text 1.

Hint 9 : Apple = 1-16-16-12-5

Hint 10 : The words of the last answer are networked

Got the first 3, and think I know what to do with the final set of numbers, but can't work out how to get from those first three to another answer from text 2 in order to do that last step.

As I said to Layer, The result you get out of text 2 working with answers 1,2 & 3 does look random. Once you perform the final action though, a word should appear. So don't worry if the word you're getting from text 2 doesn't make sence. Maybe that helps.

I'm stumped on Q3 too. Even though I figured out the answer from the hints, but without figuring out what method leads to it I cannot solve Q4, as it has the same problem. And you say there's only 2 ciphers involved? Seems more like 3 to me, unless you're not counting one of them.

Since this is the last day I'm being generous. The reply to victorey84 (the one above this) is full of hints towards the answer of Q3 and Q4. It points to the thing most solvers had a hard time with according to the replies on the giveaway. Good luck
