So i just notice that when a game's price changes this also effects previous giveaways level points value, so does this mean the generous people that have done h1z1 giveaways will have 0 points for their giveaways when it becomes f2p???

Well, can happen. If we have any say in it, I'd say it will be removed from the giveaway list (as it's free) and can preserve it's last, non-0 price for the sake of older giveaways.

This is the reason why they always have random thing 0P. They heavily count on SteamAPI to get price real-time. They should have a database for it...

I agree the value should be the one at the time of giveaway creation. There are downsides and it's been discussed before, but I still think it makes more sense than the current system.
