Potato Sack Reunion giveaways (of individual games) are fair game, right?

I'm considering getting it for three games in the pack as I own all others, and then gifting them here, but I don't know if there's currently (or going to be) some rule soon for it...no offense to the site or its owners, and I completely understand the reasoning behind it, but it seems like there's a new rule against some giveaway pretty often.

Nope, they're gifts so there isnt a problem. The only one problem with actual gifts we had was the Ship but those came from Indie Bundle keys that, if you wanted to, you could get for cheap

Not entirely accurate. Indie Royale is pay what you want above a certain fluctuating minimum that rarely falls below $4 once the bundle gets going.

I'd really like to think the Valve comment "Already own any of the games in this pack? Give your extra copy to a friend." would be carte blanche to give them away here, but yeah, you never know. Hopefully a mod comes in and confirms.

If Steam automatically puts the "extras" in your inventory, I don't see the difference between buying this and any other games that are on sale, personally.

Actually, it's the rules of this site. You cannot make giveaways of individual games in bundles. But I agree with travathian and annelions in that if Steam gives you extra copies then it should be fair game.

When it refers to Bundles it means individual keys from Bundles from places other then Steam, eg. Indie Royale.
