Sometimes pricing data can be wrong because the primary entry is missing (i.e. you can't buy the game by itself, but you can buy a package with it) or the package comes first on the page, but that's not the case here. If I had to guess I'd say it's because the package is the one on sale, so the sale price is assumed to be the correct one and pulled as the price to be used for point calculation.

I reported something similar yesterday and my thread got closed, mod said things like this still will be handled through a ticket figured i'd save the mods the trouble and share that with you.
Seems the bug section is ment for bugs that aren't related to pricing, so stuff like technical problems with the site etc

On the old site I'd've submitted this as a support ticket, but considering the new categories system which includes one for bugs, I'm not sure where it belongs, so here will have to do for now.
I just noticed that this giveaway for Commandos 3: Destination Berlin is pegged at 13P—which appears to be coming from the sub price for the Commandos Collection, rather than the correct price of ~$4? (in Canada, so not certain what the US price is) for the actual game.
It appears to be a glitch in Steam's API, but I figured I'd point it out; I'm not sure if you've built a manual override into SGv2 for this sort of thing or not, so if you have… hey, it can be put to good use.
