Piracy (in Canada as long as it resides on a hard drive/device and is not being used for profit), possess a bong (that has not been used for marijuana), use/possess salvia and bath salts in some areas, start a biker gang, join the KKK, run poker games at your house, download emulators, carry a sword in some areas and instances, kill someone(don't want to make this political/heated but the Trayvon Martin case kind of explains this point)

Drugs. There are so many "legal" drugs that get you so fucked up; the government just hasn't caught on to them yet. There used to be many anabolic steroids sold "legally" but named like power protein.

I am unaware if they have changed this law yet, however I don't think anyone really cares either way. The only way someone would likely KNOW about this law at all would be if they are/were on the internet and saw this, also the most likely way they'd know it was lifted.

The most illegal thing, at least in the US, that you can do legally is Suicide. Suicide is only illegal in the attempt, if you succeed then it is not illegal.

White-collar crime. If you wait until you ascend to a high enough spot, even if you knowingly cheat an entire populace out of billions, all you have to do is show a little charisma and booksmarts in the trial and you'll walk away with a slap on the wrist.

Or you could work with a local police-force for some years, then do something terrible and illegal, but claim innocence to your workmates who will typically work on your side without a full investigation. That's a pretty common one too. That "us vs them" mentality has given criminal officers a lot of armour against responsibility in the past.
