Question for farmer card experts

In your opinion, is it better to trade full set of card or sell on the market one by one card?
For me, one by one is good for the wallet and with trading you can exchange it for gift.
The goal is to buy or trade for CS:GO or TF2 keys.
(Only for normal card and with a low value, for my exemple it's bird story)

What is your opinion, advise, tips...

Now that you have to confirm every single trade with the mobile auth crap, or have items on trade hold for 15 days if you refuse the mobile auth, it's really not worth it anymore to make profit out of selling cards. Too time consuming.

I've used to sell tons of cards (about 100$ in total until now), but since that change, I've sticked to trading duplicates, crafting badges, and selling booster packs and backgrounds/emoticons that sell for over 0.20$.

Or you hoard everything and trade it with someone for some game/gift.
