What do you think of the new Steamgifts?

I'm saving my judgment for later. I, like you, miss the old version. Well not really miss it as if I liked it better, but because I am/was more familiar with it. This new layout will grow on me eventually. I already like how they put tabs for giveaways, trades, sales, etc at the top.

It's great. cg just needs to get around to fixing some quirks.

It seems pretty good to me, especially the way hiding titles is built into the site. My only suggestion is the size of the steam & hide buttons next to the giveaway names. The buttons are tiny to me. I think they could use a slight increase in size.

No quick join, no way to blacklist games. It looks better but no new features so ... meh

Agree with Nepherius also Sync doesn't work at the moment it seems since games you own still appear in the list.

I think we need for more localizations

I kinda like it, but I still miss the option to kinda disable the giveaways I can't enter anyway...

So far it's been terrible for me. Sync doesn't work, entries get stuck on a permanent Please Wait until I refresh and try again, no quick entry, no stats. I don't see where the improvement lies.

I think the layout looks very nice, clean, kind of professional. But it is too much so, and it makes things less easily eye-catching or identifiable. Example: The entry button does not pop out and easily let you identify if it is done loading the way it did before because of the color and location change.

love it, plus its much faster than the old one. Althro that might be because not many people are on yet though :P

What it is that convinces so many people this is good web design, I couldn't say. But it's not.

seems a bit laggy but that's expected at first. also games i own are showing up :(

Change is (almost) never easy. It took me about 30-60min to get used to the new site and I find it far superior to the old one, I for one, am very happy with it!

I like it but I wish that the whitelist/blacklist entries could be manually edited or entered as I would like to import my lists from Pastebin and be done with it.
