For 40€ you can get 40 copies of Bad Rats + 10 copies of Hatoful Boyfriend. Just Do It.

Games that offer best bang for your buck are ones that have multiplayer of some sorts obviously. Based on your preferences id say ud probably like games like 7 days to die, Grav, Rust or maybe even Starbound (but only if you liked Terraria).

AC Black Flag is like $5 if you can get past uplay, and if you havent played previous witcher games they are almost free during big sales (like $2).

Actually I'd suggest you a DLC to Witcher 3 if you enjoyed the base game itself. It adds a good amount of fun (at least 20 hours of average playing) while being quite cheap. I enjoyed it a lot.

Trails in the Sky if you like jRPGs.
