Steam Big Picture controller achievement - which game?

I did it with Borderlands.

I did that one with A Virus Named Tom, worked perfectly for me at least

It doesn't even have to be a game that uses a controller...
You just launch big picture mode, then use the controller to navigate to a game and launch it.

LAUNCH IT with the controller....

make sure you use the controller to actually launch the game

You just need to run Big Picture mode, navigate to ANY game using your controller, and then run it using only your controller. As soon as the game runs, you'll get the achievement. Good luck! =)

My choice was Vessel, worked like a charm.

I used Indie game the movie, lol.

I used Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet for it

Mine worked with Dishonored after trying with Payday 2, apparently partial controller support = no controller support. Any game with which you can use controller works (i.e. full controler support).

Did it with Trine 2 as I knew it doesn't launch directly but just opens it's launcher first. That was enough.
As others have said, use the controller to launch the game - that's the trigger.
