if a game is on 75% off or more, you can safely buy the game because flash sale won't go past that discount.

That's not necessarily true. If its 75% off. and not a flash/daily deal, you have time to wait. You never know if it will become part of a bundle giveaway, a flash/daily deal, or if you find a better discount from another source. Unless there is the figurative "Gun to the head", there is no need to jump in and by the game right away.
