Error in Steam videos in Chrome

i'm the same problem, i have recently installed win11 (before i using win10).

edit:_ i have upgraded my driver to Adrenalin 24.9.1 and the problem is fixed now.

me too, i'm using Opera GX. RTX 2070

Could it be a plugin?

Firefox doesn't give the error

I didn't realize this until recently, but a lot of Chrome plugins are also available on Firefox, so you could try installing their counterparts and see if the problem happens there, too.

Same problem, even in the Steam client and on different computers.

It seems that this error has already been fixed.
