It's a World of Warplanes ingame key, as far as I understood. You can check for what game which key is when you click on your name on the site, and then on сообщения. It lists everything there.

Hmm... When I translate it on the site itself, it says this: "very easy to use the code: When creating an account https://en.wargaming.net/registration/ru/ there is a separate item "Do you have an invite code?", Where you must enter the code"
So I'm guessing it is only for new accounts.
