Well i rly like oldschool themes i guess. I find them very attractive + taskbar is so small, more space for my fancy wallpaper! :) I'm also using old '17 4:3 CRT display, even though i bought 23' wide allready ^^ I'm like pc hipster :o

You really like it? Aero is so awesome, glass-like look and it's transparent. And the task bar isn't that big, size doesn't matter after all.

I tried to Google and see if you could get something old school which also looks good, found this pic and this site.
There are few XP-based themes, it's old school I guess.
And your wallpaper is great, I change mine from time to time.

*edit: Mr. Suits is right, you should get a spreadsheets software, your desktop lacks icons.
