What's in that salad? Also what is in the fruit selection? I see grapes and I think two different types of kiwi but not sure about the rest. The fruit spreads remind me of some my mom had. They were homemade gifts from friends we had for the holidays a couple years ago.

Fruits were banana, kiwi, grapes.
Salad had okra, tomatoes, and kabocha on top
The egg was the best part - it was a smoked hard boiled egg!

Breakfast at the airbnb. I highly, highly recommend this airbnb if you are ever in Imabari. Apparently Airbnb HQ has a portrait of Tsuneto and Akiko hung up in their hallways after they were invited due to being one of the highest rated hosts on the site.
