A gift will give you a gift link which you could give to someone.. it won't be associated with your account directly. But if you simply want to get the codes for yourself to use just buy another one directly without the gift option.. buy 10 more if you want.

Use different modes of payment.. the limits are not there to stop you from buying multiples but to avoid scams from people using illegitimate payment methods like let's say a stolen credit card.

I knew you could buy them as a gift, but not buy two bundles in the same account. As you have a library, I thought it was like the steam library.

You can get up to 4 bundles per payment method afaik.
