I don't think I was able to solve this one by tristetia. So here, take a difficult one.

Keep in mind that I'm from the US

Rules:
Do not share answers, hints, giveaway links, the name of the giveaway or generally spoil the puzzle in any form.
Blacklist

If you solve at least half (15) of the puzzles, you will get an invite to a private giveaway when the A Puzzle a Day series concludes. I'll try to pick something that no one has already, but no guarantees. Please make a parent post in the giveaway to be counted. Also, to be invited to the bonus giveaway, post in A Puzzle a Day #30 with the puzzles you have solved. You are not required to solve the puzzles before the giveaways end. Solving them at any point in time will count towards the 15 required puzzles.

A Puzzle A Day #27 is delayed. Likely won't be released until Friday, sorry guys.

2 and 3 have to do with gaming/entertainment. The others three are more proper riddles

Thanks. That helped, just stuck on the first and last now.
Frustrating that I found the perfect answer for the first question but it's not right.
Edit: and just got the first answer.

Well i got 2 after that hint, but other riddles stumped me.
I was phrasing them wrong, now only 3 and 5 escapes me.

Edit: My first guess on 1 was correct, but my dictionary told me a different term. #5 left...
