Same, please contact support if you want unlock, I DON"T use VPN.
I did have 3x accounts though.

Same happens any browser/any account.

It's ok though, Space Marine given away already recently

Where specifically do you go to get the key? it isn't easily apparent to me.

It's totally intransparent. Since I struggled for some minutes, here's what you do:
1) Register/Login
2) Go to https://www.dlh.net/en/steam-keys.html
3) If there is a button to get the key - click and solve captcha, if not - gotta wait for the next bundle

Also, I had to solve color cube captcha 3 times before I finally got my key. Previous times I was getting an error that there are no keys.

The main thing that makes it a bit confusing is that you get redirected to the main page if you click that link while not logged in. But when logged in, it should say when the next batch of keys comes in.

Well, I found more confusing that the main page has a link to the "giveaway" where you can find no instructions whatsoever.
