Anyone can exchange steam keys to CS2 items ?

Maybe some people on barter.vg, or a whole lot of people at steamtrades.com. Nobody here, as this site isn't for trading.

Be careful about the usual scams, impersonators and fake links and such.

As adam1224 said try steamtrades.com or other sites like that.. I remember previously(before trading restrictions by valve...) there where a lot of traders trading games for csgo/tf2 keys...

I am confused.

• Some time ago you ask what region restrictions apply when you use your Visa.

• You used SG 6+ years ago, you Steam account is 10 years old, but you Steam profile says "About Me Age: 11"

• if I remember correctly, you had a giveaway around Christmas saying in the description something along the lines of "Buy your game first and i will give you items to sell on market steam"

That seems very fishy to me overall.

You don't have money to buy steam keys from places and you can't gift.. So why that (rule breaking) request to swap cs for keys matters in the slightest for your level up?

And at this state your acc is utterly useless..

The only thing you care for is cs
