They should have received an email. Unless they didn't even bother to check email, and doesn't visit steamgifts for days (which can be the case for auto-entering bots), give people some time.

Some people are just slow activating won keys unfortunately. They have 7 days to do so.

People sometimes log in from their phones or other places where they can't activate keys as well. So seeing them logged in doesn't always mean they are able to activate the key. :)
