Oh you must be talking about how your profile levels are displayed. Yep I think it's a pretty neat aesthetic with the balls filled up. Kind of reminds me of scantron bubbles from exams. You just want to fill them all up.

Maybe try gifting a game that is not a "free" game. Next time you create a giveaway, take notice of the number of asterisks assigned to the giveaway. If the game has two (**), then your balls will remain empty.
