Can't create a new giveaway

So when I joined i created 3 giveaways 1 with 2 copies and so far I have only received 1 confirmation even though steam says they have all been redeemed. Today I was going to post 2 more but the site says I cant since I am still waiting for confirmation for the last 3 giveaways. I posted about this issue about 5 days after my last giveaway was finished and I had yet to receive any confirmation and thought this had been taken care of. Its now been about 6-7 weeks or something like that and the problem is still there. Would like if it could be fixed soon. So I can keep giving :3
