I always preferred Shani. Not a character Geralt could ever realistically be with (considering how different they are), but a character I found far more pleasant than Yen or Triss. That said, as game characters, both Yen and Triss are probably better suited for telling interesting stories.

Well they mostly have underdeveloped/lame characters; some of the most popular and repeat choices in this thread seem to be gorgeous yet realistic females that had plenty of character (development).

On the flip side, MK females are basically just sex appeal and nothing else but, to be honest, due to graphics, art and outfit designs they are outshined by characters from rival games.
