FLOCK! on Sale & Available on Steam Again

If I'm not mistaken this game was removed from Steam for a while.
Saw removed copies go for a pretty penny on the grey market.

Does the game work on Win10/11 as the Steam page says it uses SecuROM as DRM?

I think that is why they removed it originally, so if it is back they must have removed SecuROM finally.
