Is join IGN Prime worth it? Share your Prime stories

I've sort of been thinking about signing up for IGN Prime, especially for the Beta key for The Old Rebulic and the sign-up bonus seems good too. But it is completely worth it in the long run even if it's for 3 months or 2 years.

Also, does anyone know if they charge your credit card each month, or a big total sum when you sign up

No, it isn't.

Sure they have free games, but theye don't tell you about them, you have to dig around their numerous twitter stuff to find it.

They charge a lump sum up front. Also they aren't worth it. Zero ways to contact support. Completely dead forums. They don't update their site more than once every 4 months. At this point its nothing but a twitter blog.

If you watch IPL tourney coverage then I'd say it is worth it - just for their IGN Prime extra streams (like on IPL4)

No. Plus, I've got free shit from them because their security is terrible and I wouldn't be surprised if it got hacked someday and let personal information on the loose.
