I have all beat hazard but itunes DLC. I don't enter since that DLCs gives nothing to gameplay

Yes, it is. If you win, 80% of the giveawayer's cash will go to waste because you won't get extra copies of what you already have.

A major dick move. Entering a giveaway for a package deal when you own 90% of the worth of the package should be bannable.
