610 GB out of my 1.5TB HDD. I also have a bunch of drm free games from bundles and GOG and such. I only have 249GB left. I really should have ordered another HDD on monday =( . I should probably get to playing some of these games and uninstalling the ones i will never play again. Too many bundles!

Not that big. My SSD is only 128Gb so I use junction points to put some games on my other drive. I believe Steam will eventually allow installation in other directories.

steamapps contains all of your steam games in it. How big is your steamapps folder?
Mine is 108.9GB
1) Open My Computer
2) Paste this in the url space C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps
3) Ctrl + A or highlight all folders
4) Right click, click properties.
