You get the bundle value since the beginning of the sale, it just takes a bit of time to be added to the list.
if you bought the game when it was alreadu 96% off it was going already on the bundle list.

Had the same problem this week. Dropped from level 4 to 3.5, because a game was not added yet. although I gave the games away a month ago.
I know it is all voluntary work, but dropping a whole month later kinda s*cks :) Because by then you dont know what the cause can be.

you paid 19 cents for it. what exactly do you complain about. ^^
