How long does it take for Steam Support to reply the second time?

Steam Support just replied me for removal of a game. I want to know how long does it take for Steam Support to reply the second time.

Once I requested a game be removed. Took them about 3-5 days to respond to ask me to confirm the decision. Maybe two days later they removed it.
