Your title sounds to me like you ask users to perform a task outside of Steamgifts for a giveaway. If I remember correctly, that is not allowed according to FAQ/guidelines. You might want to change that.

You can do a promotion of your channel and thing like that in description of your giveaway but not in the discussion.
