Just select your city and the time zone you will convert to (CCT, CEST etc.). See the difference between both times in hours -> subtract times in your post minus the hours the converter gives you.

They do. CEST is there, but I see the problem with CCT. According to this site CCT = China Coast Time and is sometimes abbreviated as CST (China Standard Time) which also can be found in the list on the time converter site.
