They knew the game sucks so they try to bribe you with Mass effect 2 :)

/jk. I don't know how that would happen. But i do believe you can just download it though steam for us PC people.

So.... wait. You get two games? For the price of one? And one of those games is good(ish)? What's the problem here? Steam downloads your game automatically so the disk isn't really needed.

I'm pretty sure that since the Mass Effect data is on the actual BlopsII disc, you just can't install it.

True, but you get a copy of Black Ops II on steam and a copy of ME2, possibly DRM-free.

Most likely, you get an install disc for ME2 but no CD-key. Making it pretty much unusable. So all you get is half the shitty game you bought and a useless install disc for a better one. Of course, they can just activate the game on Steam but it still suck when you're installing a game and have the wrong disc in hand. Someone at the manufacturing plant is probably gonna get fired over this.

Must have been a manufacturing plant error. Though how it could have happened is beyond me, as these things are supposed to be tested when they get off the production line.
