Is there a specific rule for time to create giveaways after entering the group and initial restrictions?
I would be interested, provided I have at least 1-2 days to make the giveaways after an initial invite, and assuming that giveaways should last 1-7 days and it's okay to enter other GAs in the meantime (rule #4 already filters out unreliable members). Since you're the only member right now, I'm pretty sure I don't have you blacklisted, in fact I just noticed we're blueheart buddies :D I'll make sure to keep future members clear too, as long as I'm notified.
I'd also be happy to apply for admin, if it becomes necessary. I have plenty of experience in moderating stuff across different communities and my former SG group :)

Ok so somebody with 100 GAs done in 5 years with a -x3 created/won ratio would be fine to join but somebody like me with a 1 month old account with already more than 60 GAs and a x3 created/won ratio would not be good enough and mark me as "unreliable member"?

Hello guys & girls,
I decided to open up a new gifting group with a simple set of rules, detailed below:
2a. The mandatory contribution (monthly) should be region free;
2b. The mandatory contribution (monthly) should be group exclusive ONLY (not even whitelists nor other groups);
There is no need to get policies upon recruiting nor counting ratios (see step 1). If you agree and comply with all the above mentioned rules, feel free to ask in.
Based on how things will go I will consider recruiting one admin to make sure everything is undergoing smoothly. Also the name of the group is not random: the 123's will be the maximum membership number.
