It just depends on how busy the support staff is. I imagine with the sales happening, they have a lot to do, both buying and working.

As the others pointed out - it really depends on how busy the support is and how complicated your matter is. For common problems it usually takes several hours to few days. If it they are super busy or the problem requires the administrator's attention, it may take more than a week.

If your ticket hasn't been answered within a week, bumping it is usually a good idea.
