bump for reaching the SHOCKing puzzle that requires knowing ALL previous kitties.
I really hope the GAs near the top are worth it, cause going there, literally requires knowing all kitties by heart, which requires tons of time spent. xD Maybe on next weekend or something...
PS: Hoping for some good rpgs or adventures they don't have to be AAA, good indie/hybrid ones are also nice.

It doesn't matter that much so don't worry about it. :) The fun of the puzzles is what counts in the end (and I did have fun), it's just that you give better motive to people with better rewards, that's my only two cents.

Yes I saw the picture, I think thats some taxidermist's project... They tried getting a real cat to come through that door but failed...so Ralph is a stuffed cat, much easier to take pictures that way... ;)

I don't mind finding the name of 1 or 2 kitties, but here there are lists of 4-7 kitties for 1 queation, that's too much IMO, and too much chance to make mistakes.

So I've reached all the way up to Door 26. Pretty fun puzzle pyramid for the most part... 25 was a bit tedious but i get it, the point is to get to know you guys and gals after all ^^
Now at door 26 it just turned really unfun..... First two questions were easy. Question 3 and 4 may be doable with brute force while using the hints but i do begin to lose interest..
got lucky with Q4 and managed after trying 9 different combinations. On Q3 there is way more possible combinations, tried 36 so far and will probably just quit now. And looking at the hints for Q5 i don't even know where to look...
It was alright looking for the answers previously but this is just some sort of insider knowledge puzzle. There aren't even actual questions, just some names or phrases
That said i'd like to thank all of you for the work you put into this and repeat that i did enjoy this puzzle pyramid up to this point and all the people that were introduced really seem great =) I do hope to see more of you in the future ^^

its a logic association puzzle and all information to answer them has been given...
For example if you google Melopsittacus undulatus you find out it is a parakeet which is the avatar for sexybudgiE, budgie also is a name of the same bird...
All the hints are giving you the first letter of each name except number 5, the hint is not the first letter but another placement (see sexybudgies name in above sentence)
So you got 1 and 2...
Q3 Navin R Johnson if you google the name you will see its a character in a movie with a specific title... a person from YSAE starts with the letter M also has been given the title of this movie
Elizabeth Mongomery- google and she was in a TV show where she played a role that someone has been given this description from YSAE that starts with G
Joyce Kilmer wrote a famous poem that makes a direct connection to a users sg id that starts with T
keep solving following this process and there is no need for brute force... and dont hesitate to ask for more help...

I recognise a lot of the avatars, but don't remember the names, let alone the door which leads to them being introduced.
After 1 hr you are supposed to get hints, but I am on holiday with real shabby internet, which is sloooooooowwww and has many disconnects. so after 3 hrs I still have no hints!
Looked at the last puzzle: How well do you REALLY know the kitties and that will be heaps of fun too! NOT Not with this shabby internet.
ARGHH I've come so far!
And I really know a lot about the kitties, but just not all and it is so hard to find the info back and then there is the YSAE members..............
It's like a point and click game, where deep in I tell myself: "I should have made notes....."
Same applies here, but sadly I didn't!

Thanks for the hints, I am sure they are helpful but right now I am giving up on the shabby internet I have on my holiday location.

Backtracked trhough all the doors and could not find the M YSAE member that fits the hint and that's only the first!
I am kind of sick of all the backtracking.
Still think I am close to solving 3 & 4 but i still get the red WRONG and the hints for Q5 make no sense to me.

Yes, it's me-- Space Kitty! You are actually reading my words I'm typing to you now. You might think why am I using jeffhowe's SG id. Well, I had a talk with jeffhowe and asked him if I could temporarily use his id during the month of January to host this special event and he kindly agreed.
BUT, realize that I will not be using his id throughout this complete event until the VERY LAST Ga of this puzzle train where I will openly chat with you all and respond to you about whatever you'd like to ask... so that gives you an incentive to solve the complete event and meet me at the very top.
You will not only be meeting the 26 kitties of SG but each one will be introducing one YSAE member! YSAE is a group of SG puzzle creators and crackers that have recently joined together to make sure that puzzles will be here at SG and continue to entertain us and challenge us!
