[HELP] Is there a way to check if retail games are steam redeemable or not?

I got home some retail games, which I'd bought in the past, and these haven't been redeemed on Steam...
I don't need them anymore, so I would like to give them away...

I saw that the page about this on Steam support is highly incorrect, because Company of Heroes is NOT on the list,but i could still activate it.
But it did not let me to activate C&C Kane's Wrath...

So what should I do?

The retail games I have for giveaway: BloodRayne 2, FarCry , Tom Clancy's rainbow vegas 2.

That's the page which is incorrect...COH is not on the list,but i could activate it. :\

CoH is a new addition, rest of the info should be correct.

Old Company of Heroes keys were recently added as Steam keys, as same as GT Legends, but usually if you don't see a retail game in that list it's highly probable isn't a steam redeemable cdkey.

If you aren't sure I probably wouldn't give it away on this site. Just toss it to some friends or something.
