I did all they asked me for, but I didn't receive the items from the starter pack, so I can't complete the quest. Takes so long to install, all for nothing. I've done several of these dias quests and I had this or that problem but I could always complete them, I think. Contacted support but I guess it was 1 hour of my life wasted, just to earn some frustration.

As usual donwloading dont start. When try to use different web browser need to put different e-mail. After your information i guess i will pass on this;).

EDIT2: Now i have "Ungültiger Code!"=invalid promotion code Cool :)
EDIT3 it is like road through hell - now It can not connect with server (after installing and starting game)

Lootboy is starting to become more and more useless. Like last time they dont even give a few diamonds when opening these packs.

It happens to a lot of sites like this.
They probably start off ok ,making pizza and beer money .
After a year or two , it either does really well or crashes and burns or someone gets too greedy
Then the next new site pops up ,rinse and repeat.

Since I had the game installed, I figured out all I needed to try again was another code and create another account. Account is made, but that site Fomi linked doesn't give valid codes, tried several - actually I think they're not for the same pack... I need one for the Gaia Starter Pack. If I could get one, I could try again.

About the Starter Pack, pretty sure they are in the general pool so if you open more 2000-coin packs you will probably get it sooner or later. Or the wait for someone not doing this quest to give it away.

I activated on the german version of the site and played on the english version of the game. Got my items at level 10.

If you notice in the top right screen you have features locked by level, the mail was locked at level 10.

After activating the code, did the page tell you that the status is "Ausstehend" which means pending I guess? Or did it say something else?
Because I got to lv10 and can't see whatever I'm supposed to get anywhere.
I got some Gaia items, but not the ones listed in starter pack, I think those were from a login reward mail.

"Same here" = I thought that I need to put some clothes (hat, boots, etc with the Gaia in the name of item) on my char and these items will appear in item shop right from the start, but didn't see anything like that. I saw in Eidolon's description word Gaia and assume that this is what I need.

I followed your advice and my screenshot was approved too. Which makes no sense since the character is wearing the Custom Shining Crusader Outfit costume, not the Gaia set like they specified. Even they don't know what they really want from the quest. :D

Just to clarify to people about current Aura Kingdom diamond quest:
That's all. If I knew I had to play so long, besides the long and troublesome installation, I wouldn't have started. And now they better accept my screenshot!
(Note that I know we're getting all this stuff basically for free, I'm not complaining about that... That we should get more by doing less - that's not my point, tho wouldn't it be nice? But they keep putting wrong instructions that only give troubles and don't benefit neither part.)

Well to be honest, first, I have lots of time and little money. And second, I did it more for being stubborn about doing it than anything. If i knew at the beginning the time it took, I wouldn't have done it. And technically nothing is free, but this at least doesn't cost me money.

So out of morbid curiosity I installed the German client. (it took even longer to download than the English one)
And the instructions in loot card are actually correct if you're using that rather than English client!
I'm not sure what exact moment is "after tutorial" (probably after you wake up in the town) but on lv8 I pressed 'i' and the starter pack items were there on the right side of the window https://i.imgur.com/QhCG4dD.png so reaching lv10 and getting mail is not required.
And the item status on https://de.aurakingdom.aeriagames.com/itemmall/cart/purchase-history changed from Ausstehend (pending) to Ausgeliefert (delivered).
So now I have a proper screenshot, but I've already sent the screenshot from English version so I guess we'll see how that works :)
EDIT: At least that's how it seems to work if activate your Gaia Starter Pack thorough German link provided in the card. Did anyone try to enter it on English site rather then use the link?
EDIT2: Just checked my lv12 character in English version and he has the same "Gaia"-stuff as the German one, so apparently the chest you get in mail on lv10 has the same stuff (just without Character slot card or inventory extensions).
FINAL EDIT: My screenshot from English version just got approved, which is a bit amusing since I didn't have the inventory open and I don't think Gaia-clothes affect character model, so I could probably just make a screenshot without bothering with neither starter-pack nor leveling for mail.

I didn't see the setting to change the language that InSpec mentioned, but the game basically plays itself so barely any German knowledge is required. All you have to do is click Ende to skip the dialogue, click the objective in quest window on the right to make the character go there automatically and press 1, 2, 3 and 4 to use abilities in battle.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
