Yes, some users reported that they got duplicate key (aka already activated). So that is why this rule was added to rules of Lootboy Steam group.
If key was activated before (you got it from pack), you (as owner of that key) can contact Lootboy's support and they will give you another pack (as far as I understand you can request date/time when key was activated to proof that it was not you). They will give you another pack, not key to replace old one.

They will give you a new key in the case it's duplicate if they have stock; but usually you get a duplicate from games that are out of stock of keys. It happens, your luck may vary, but in my case I got about two dozens of keys and all but one worked well. For the dupe one I got a new pack which gave me another game.

Last time i did a GA of a key from Lootboy, there was a confusion between the title and the content of the card that led to the game, so i thought i had a game, and in fact it was another... GA cancelled, game lost.

Congrats. I've opened 30 packs + 3 bonus packs and I've never seen a wallet code. Got two decent-ish Steam games from all the packs I've opened. 90% of the pack contain free Steam games or Itchio games. So cherrish this moment :D

Contact support and say you got a duplicated key for said game. They will answer with instructions, follow them (2 screenshots iirc). They will probably provide you another lootpack of your choice.

Lootboy is a german based site most likely it will reset at 0:00 GMT+1.
But i might be wrong.
When i wake up and go to the site it is always resetet.
The earliest i remember was like 4:00 so it could be somwhere in between this 4 hours
