I've collected alot of coins and gems, but I don't kbow what to do with them.

You can save coins for interesting packs, and save diamonds for promotion like you will buy 10 packs and get 1 for free. For example. Don't buy 2000 coins packs! Some trash and a little chance to get 3-5 diamonds.

You can buy 43 packs after opening each 10th pack you will get 1 bonus pack (so you'll get 47 packs) - you have chance to get some valuable game.
As Vasabik said - coins are useless (in some regions users can get packs for 500K coins with 100% good game drop).

better save your gems for special events, like "buy 10 x packs and get x for granted". I did this twice with the league of legends pack, and got 2x1 granted RP card this way.

I stopped buying them months ago as i had no interest in itch.io games and it wasn't worth spending coins on the off-chance of getting maybe 3 diamonds.
A cursory glance at the thread seems to tell the these packs(and coins as a whole for that matter)are worthless at the moment.

I usually buy 10 or 20 when I am close to 100 diamonds, and quite often I get 3 or 5 diamonds in one of those packs. Other than that not really, I'm afraid :/

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
