Frozen market and other stuff is available only for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We (other countries) only can redeem codes :(
Market is only available by link if you have one (if you saved it during card exchange), but market not shown on main page (so I can assume if you have market link and coins, you will be able to buy only 8 diamonds).

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
