I'd say that's very possible. I grabbed my key directly at 12:00 pm, it worked fine and I'm already farming the cards. Guess they just didn't anticipate the demand, so they've pushed the launch of that pack 2 days further into the future until they get more keys. In case someone's got an invalid key, there's a good chance it'll be exchanged within two days as well.

Yeah, you either get something from the exclusive loot (wallet codes in case of the full steam ahead(FSA) pack) or something from the general pool for all packs. Like written in the hints above:

The names of the lootpacks only describe the exclusive loot for that pack! In most cases you just get something from the general pool for all packs, wich contains Origin/Uplay/GOG/Steam/whatever games. So even if you get the "Full Steam Ahead" pack, you may not get a steam game!

Unfortunately duplicates occur far too often..but if you write their support they may help you. In some cases you may get another code for the game, but it's also possible that you get a code for a different game.

There's multiple ways to get diamonds...you can get a very small amount each day via links and there's the offers like tremorgames used to have, but I'm not a huge fan of those so I'm not going to extend on that :P
My main diamond income is from the codes they release every now and then (mostly at least once a week or more) wich give about 10-20 diamonds each :)
