maybe there's a bonus for submitting your team early? not sure why else they'd let us submit early instead of just taking whatever each of us has set in our team at the end. maybe the 20 diamonds you got are more than i'm going to end up with since i'm waiting until the end and my best players are from the weekly challenges.
have you still been doing world cup packs after submitting your team? i think a lot of us are going to have a ton of low-value players at the end of this thing and nothing to do but shred them all.

It is possible to get gold cards from the app packs; I've received two over the promotion period and I think 6 or 7 silver. I think it's just luck but like with some of the other offers on Lootboy there are times I can't help but wonder if the app and website rewards are treated or weighted differently from each other. Or maybe I'm just paranoid :)

Indeed, my 943 point Team is the best I can muster, and only because I got that last premium loot card in today's daily reward. While there wasn't a pay-to-win mechanic as I initially thought there would be, it became obvious that the only way to get a decent team together was to part with diamonds on the website everyday AS WELL as the ad packs in the app. I just wasn't that desperate to part with diamonds for this, not when I could save them up for a chance to get something cool like.... A duplicate game!....or even Deponia!

Seems so. Still I can't imagine how many diamonds one would have had to part with to get an all gold team, apart from the fancy platinum ones. I count myself lucky I got two at all on the drops. Still I imagine some people counted it as worth it so <shrugs shoulders>. 20 Diamonds plus 50 from the Christmas pack is better than nothing i suppose.

10 packs = 1250 dias, so 125 dia / pack, 25 packs = 2500, so 100 dia / pack.
10 packs => 1 guaranteed credit pack, 25 packs => 2 guaranteed packs.
So if you can do 25, do it.

the one with the purple premium is the one you buy with diamonds, otherwise i guess you could buy with real money if you're into that sort of thing. 10-pack is 1250 diamonds and gives 1 bonus pack where 25-pack for double the diamonds gives 2 bonus packs but also 25 weekend packs instead of 10, so you get 5 more packs over buying the 10-pack twice.

spent almost all my diamonds to get 25 weekend packs. got 11 games i already had, 12 i was able to activate, and 2 choose-your-own gift cards from those. plus 2 bonus packs (2 more choose-your-own gift cards) and 2 black market packs. definitely more satisfying than buying a pack every time i hit 100 diamonds -- i added $25 to my steam wallet from 4 codes plus there's a steam sale on!

I only got those two guaranteed 5€ giftcards in my 25-pack.
Because I was about to buy something else with my paysafe wallet and was just 5€ short of that amount I chose one giftcard for paysafe.
After entering the code I only got 2€ added to my wallet.
Upon some research I think it happend because it was an older PIN and paysafe has a 3€ monthly fee on unused PIN codes.
I wrote a support ticket and got a 10€ paysafe card replacement. And those 10€ got added in full.
Just wanted to say something positive about their support for once :D
